you will be responsible for processing the monthly payroll and administration of the Company Pension Scheme
you will provide advice and assistance for Managers and Directors on all aspects of recruitment, training and development, HR policies and procedures, employment law and good practice and maintain confidential employee records
Requirements
previous Human Resources experience
experienced in end-to-end payroll processing
A working understanding of PAYE, NI and Statutory Payments
excellent interpersonal skills
ability to produce work to a consistently accurate standard
ability to manage time efficiently and work to strict deadlines
