Requirements
- proven experience in a supervisory role within a glass production environment
- mechanical knowledge related to glass processing equipment is highly desirable
- excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- basic maths skills for calculations related to glass production processes
- strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to facilitate team collaboration
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with an emphasis on continuous improvement in production efficiency
