Responsibility
- you must hold a minimum of a level 3 qualification in childcare
- to understand the EYFS framework and to be skilled and knowledgeable in Ofsted requirements and Pre-School knowledge
- we are seeking a highly skilled Deputy Manager and Pre-School Room Leader and would ideally like to find a candidate with previous experience in either role
- you will be assisting in furthering children's learning and development and to be able to use the online leaning journal
- lola-Belle's is a 42 place nursery with 12 staff, so we would like to find someone who enjoys a challenge and happy to be able to step in in the absence of the Manager
- to have a good understanding of children with additional needs
- it is highly important to understand safeguarding
- other certificates in first aid, food hygiene, safeguarding and child protection, also desirable
