Responsibility
- company inbox management, and first point of contact for inbound enquiries both from retailers and the general public
- entering sales orders onto the system, processing orders and allocating stock
- assisting the sales team with any support they may need with their customers and accounts
- answering customer queries regarding orders / order progress
- dispatching samples and marketing material to retailers as required
- representing the company at trade shows in Paris, Frankfurt, USA and the UK as needed
- assisting with the organisation of trade shows and company events
- administration duties to support the wider team
Requirements
- previous experience in an office administration and / or customer service function
- first-rate organisation and communication skills
- previous experience working within a retail / consumer product environment would be ideal
- strong MS Office skills
- knowledge of SAGE accounting software would be beneficial
- excellent attention to detail with a flexible, supportive, and can-do attitude
- self-motivated and able to work independently, demonstrating initiative and common sense
- fantastic customer service skills with and a service-centric approach
