Responsibility
- managing inbound queries via email, from internal branches and external customers
- using external systems to create triggers on customers bookings
- emailing reports to external customer support teams
- running daily reports that assist the smooth operation of the business
- liaising with Account Managers to help resolve any issues
- to assist the Back Office Manager as required with any other tasks, which are the responsibility of the Back Office department
Requirements
- strong level of IT skills, mainly Email and Microsoft products
- excellent customer service
- great attentional to detail to ensure data is processed accurately
