Requirements

  • proven experience as a Bookkeeper
  • proficiency in accounting software, particularly QuickBooks and Xero
  • strong understanding of accounts payable and receivable processes
  • knowledge of VAT rates, schemes and DRC
  • excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • strong analytical skills with a commitment to accuracy
  • A relevant qualification in accounting or finance is preferred but not essential

Responsibility

  • reconcile bank statements and prepare monthly financial reports
  • chase up outstanding or missing invoices
  • prepare and review VAT returns
