  • fabricator welder

Responsibility

  • fabricate and assemble metal structures using various techniques
  • perform mig / mma welding on sheet metal components
  • read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
  • utilise mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve issues
  • conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure compliance with specifications

Requirements

  • proven experience in welding and fabrication
  • proficiency in using hand tools and power tools
  • ability to weld using approved welding techniques
  • familiarity with working on mild metal
  • strong ability to assemble components accurately
  • mechanical knowledge for equipment setup and maintenance
  • basic maths skills for measurements and calculations
  • MIG welding: 1 year
