previous experience as an Office Manager in the Property industry and knowledge of with Health & Safety regulations alongside a basic working knowledge of building maintenance systems would be a considerable advantage
experience managing staff and relevant employment related issues
strong customer services experience
Responsibility
working Hours : Monday to Friday, 08.30hrs-17.00hrs
ensure set reports are submitted by the Property Administrators e.g., outstanding PO reports, weekly 24-hour assist update report and/ or weekly call-log reports
manage staff and ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely manner
manage daily operations and ensure that all processes are running smoothly
attend meetings with minute taking
arrange and attend residents and client meetings as and when required
