Responsibility

• to deliver a high standard of learning, development and care for children aged 0-5 years
• to lead the nursery to a high standard
• to oversee and supervise the nursery team, providing a motivating and enjoyable work environment

• liaise with parents/ carers and outside agencies on a comprehensive way
• promote and ensure child welfare, protection, health and safety and safeguarding procedures and policies are always followed
• work as part of a nursey team looking after babies and children up to the age of 5
• successful applicant will need to be committed to providing a caring and supporting environment where the children feel safe, looked after and be able to thrive
• work closely with parents providing daily feedback on their child's day and providing support where required
• having daily adventures with our children through interactive play, activities, reading and helping them with their curious minds through the learning curriculum
