Responsibility

  • to ensure all policies, procedures and frameworks are implemented and adhered to at all times
  • to take a “hands on” approach to the management of day-to-day operations. Including occupancy levels, maintaining good communication with parents and being influential
  • to effectively lead, manage and motivate the staff team. Including recruitment and retention, providing day to day guidance, training and support to all staff
  • you will be responsible for the management of up to 10 members of staff for the nursery
