Responsibility
- support the use and understanding of in the moment planning alongside the EYFS development matters
- ensure that you understand your role in safeguarding children
- plan using the EYFS to cover all areas of learning both indoors and out for your key children
- work in partnership with parents as a key-person
- recognise when staff need/want additional support or training and make suggestions to the Manager
- be a reliable member of the team
- make suggestions to the Manager of ways to improve levels of education and care across the nursery setting
- we are currently recruiting for a Nursery Room Leader with the potential for an opportunity to take a step into the management team
