  • proven experience in a childcare setting, with some supervisory or managerial experience preferred
  • administrative experience in a childcare or educational setting is preferred
  • excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • A valid PVG check
  • registered with SSSC or be willing to

Responsibility

  • support the Nursery Manager in the overall management of the nursery, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices
  • assist in the development and implementation of high-quality educational programs that cater to the individual needs of each child
  • work directly with children, providing hands-on support and guidance to promote their learning and development
  • build and maintain positive relationships with parents, caregivers, the local community and local authorities
  • oversee the day-to-day operations of the nursery in the absence of the Nursery Manager
