- little Dolphins Day Nursery Ltd is an established private day nursery situated in Bexleyheath
- keep the kitchen a clean and safe environment adhering to internal and external requirements
- we offer high standards of care and education for children aged 3 months to 5 years
- encourage and model behaviour which is appropriate in a child environment being professional at all times
Requirements
- experience in any role which involves cooking in domestic or commercial property
- food Safety Level 2 or above or equivalent- this must be passed on day 1 in post
- food Safety Level 2 or above or equivalent - this must be passed on day 1 in post
- good Knowledge of COSHH
- able to demonstrate a good knowledge of managing different dietary requirement around food allergies
- understanding of the EHO process
