  • experience in managing budgets, project costs, and financial reporting
  • familiarity with relevant industry standard manufacturers
  • proven experience as a Technical or Warehouse supervisor, or in a similar role, with a focus on stage lighting and control systems

Responsibility

  • team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of technicians
  • repair & Maintenance: Oversee the diagnosis and repair of equipment, ensuring that systems run efficiently, and downtime is minimised
  • budget Management: Develop, track, and manage budgets for in house projects, including equipment parts purchases, repairs, and labour costs
  • continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance team performance and processes, driving innovation and efficiency across all warehouse operations
