maintenance person
Responsibility
- reporting directly to the Estate Manager
- perform painting tasks for both interior and exterior areas of the property
- conduct general maintenance and repairs as needed, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work
- ensure all maintenance tasks are completed to a high standard and in a timely manner
- maintain cleanliness and organisation of maintenance areas and equipment
- work collaboratively with the wider team to ensure smooth operations
- adhere to all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for both guests and staff
- assist with property upgrades and improvements as directed
Requirements
- previous experience in a property maintenance role or similar relevant trade is essential
- strong skills in painting and general maintenance tasks
- experience with both interior and exterior maintenance projects
- ability to manage repairs, maintenance, and painting to a high standard
- excellent communication skills and ability to work independently
- strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- ability to work well under pressure, especially during busy periods
- flexible availability, including weekends
