Responsibility

  • the purpose of the role is to provide a comprehensive design service across the group for multiple channels, on and offline
  • we're looking for someone with a minimum of three years of experience in a busy graphic design team

Responsibility

  • be line manager and mentor a team of approximately 4 Applications Engineers & Analysts, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment
  • lead the day-to-day operational support of all applications and systems
  • ensure timely resolution and handling of incidents and requests in alignment to KPIs
  • monitor key system performance and stability, implementing improvements across the estate
  • ensure project deliverables are met to a high standard, documented, and shared across the function to enable support teams
  • coordinate maintenance activities across key systems including changes, upgrades, and patches, maintaining roadmaps to track progress
  • collaborate with IT, Data & Analytics, and Practices, acting as the primary point of contact for application-related issues, queries, and escalation

Requirements

  • degree level (in a relevant field, or proven experience in similar roles

Responsibility

  • define & Scope project mandates, identifying necessary internal and external resources
  • document and manage project dependencies
  • engage with relevant stakeholders and ensure technical feasibility
  • deliver the Windows 11 Build Refresh project on-time, within scope, and budget
  • develop and maintain a detailed project plan
  • measure performance using tools like RACI matrices and reporting techniques
  • create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • coordinate internal and third-party resources for project execution

Requirements

  • experience delivering platform upgrades, infrastructure, and software rollouts
  • proven experience managing full lifecycle IT projects
  • experience managing local domain complexities
  • strong understanding of Project Management frameworks

designer

Responsibility

  • instructional Design
  • the Linnaeus education and training Teams create and manages learner-centric programs in support of Associates across the business units
  • create learning solutions that measurably contribute to the quality of patient care and associate development
  • provide learning design for a variety of e-learning approaches including adaptive paths, branching scenarios
  • as we work to implement our Learning Management System, the LXD will be pivotal role in this project to bring to life our current learning offering
  • working closely with P&O, Nursing and Medical Education teams to enhance our learning and development offering in a more engaging and inspiring way
  • establish design standards, style guides and templates for learning projects

Requirements

  • instruction design qualifications desirable but not required
  • experience Experience in training, development, or related function with knowledge of methods for curriculum and instructional design, multimedia training and adult learning theories
  • project Management Understands industry standard instructional design processes Able to use: Storyline, Photoshop, Premier, Adobe Creative Suite, and Learning Management Systems
  • desirable: Experience working with Cornerstone highly preferred

health and safety manager

Responsibility

  • to lead, manage and promote a positive Health and Safety culture
  • to actively participate in additional training and CPD as may be required in support of the Linnaeus Group objectives
