I bought a dress that was brown and it came but was green and the cut was so tight. I returned it and they haven't refunded me yet its been 16 days. they're airing my emails to I am so upset.

They MUST refund you money. If they are not responding, maybe try to inform that you are going to report it somewhere. Or have you tried to call the company instead of writing mails?
