- crewing Administration Duties, keeping crew information up to date
- booking travel and accommodation for the crew
- raising Purchase Orders for crew and dealing with any queries that may arise
- working closely with Project Managers and Account Managers to action tasks in a timely
Requirements
- excellent communication skills
- speed and accuracy and the ability to keep a clear head and think logically are critical for success in this role
- able to work as part of a team
- self-motivated; ability to set and meet goals
- strong organisational, forward planning, and decision-making skills
- able to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- the ideal candidate must be able to work under pressure, and will thrive in an environment where no two days therefore you must be comfortable with multi-tasking and working under pressure
- some weekend working and ‘out of hours’ working may be required
