Responsibility
- lifeSearch are looking to grow our client support team to help take care of our clients whose application require extra information
- we have an exciting opportunity to join our Online Suport Team
- we are looking for someone who is proactive in supporting our online clients journey protecting their families

- you need to feel confident to discuss and challenge decisions with insurers to ensure our clients are getting the best possible cover for what they need
- you will be given the necessary training and resources to do this but will also need to think outside of the box and use your initiative to get the right cover in place for each family
- experience and knowledge will come with time in this roll as you learn more and more about different conditions and what each insurer offers for them
- we would like you to be able to demonstrate how you will help guide our clients to get them from unprotected to protected in a seamless way
- all training will be provided along with quality checks, you will have a Leader and a Client Support Leader on hand as well as monthly performance reviews
- with a big daily case load, it is vital that you can manage your time, follow ups, and team goals across a daily, weekly, and monthly schedule
- being able to form good working relationships with fellow 'Searchers and advisers will be vital to succeed in this role as well as having good time management skills, attention to detail and able to multitask
- having an innovative way of working and approaching any challenges will ensure you grow into the role and become a vital part of the team
- you are free to manage your time and diary how you wish, however, some duties will need to be completed at set times, for example picking up phone applications, but your diary is yours to manage
- in this role you will need to have courageous conversations with sensitivity and care, this will be a learning curve and comes with experience
- we understand that everyone works differently, as long as the goals are being hit and nothing is missed, we are happy for you to work how best works for you
- ideally, we are looking for somebody who can handle objections while also having an open mind, being brave to ask the right questions when handling clients sensitive information
- you will need to have an open communication with your advisers to ensure that you are working well collaboratively to hit our goal of getting as many families protected as we can
- you’ll need to check new entries to see how far the family has got in the journey, this can be anywhere from 100-200 enquiries a day
