- 13 month contract) to deliver our recruitment and headcount goals in terms of volume and candidate quality to achieve our profitability and purpose
- drive retention activity to ensure we are retaining our talent
- in this role, you will be the champion of our candidate experience and employee value proposition to ensure we attract and retain talent which will enable our strategic growth plans
- report on key recruitment metrics on a monthly basis, making recommendations/proactive steps based on the data
- participate in job fairs & other related resourcing activities to attract candidates & boost the company’s reputation
- utilise talent rediscovery and other AI capabilities to maximise out ATS database of candidates
