Money was ok.
Expected work wasn’t.
Often you were expected to travel 6 hrs to site, work 8 hrs then travel back to save money by not getting a hotel.
In addition, the boss was totally paranoid. Tracking cars, checking for every single expense, having to install spyware onto your phone to track your movements.

Fluctuation was very high and if you left you were blamed for anything that had happened. Total blame culture from the boss.

Micromanagement was horrendous, new policies that were ridiculous coming out at a weekly basis.

The company was rebadged from Alba Pharma Engineering due to legal proceedings and being taken to court by an ex employer.

Work was interesting, no support however from the management, no mentoring, no training.
