Responsibility
- create and issue project specifications, AutoCAD drawings, U-value and interstitial condensation calculations to customers and clients according to policy
- advise customers on technical specification, through in-depth knowledge of our EWI, render systems, SFS brick slip systems and more
- provide NBS technical specifications Licata products
- manage incoming technical queries in a timely manner within the technical team
- develop and maintain solid relationships with customers to facilitate business and customer needs
- technically support the Licata Area Sales Managers
- work with approved contractors to support additional detailing as required for specific projects
- ensure good relations and communications with all members of the team, providing excellent customer care in an efficient manner
Requirements
- qualification within a building, architectural or engineering related discipline
- experience in Auto CAD 2D
- excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- proactive & innovative approach to problem solving
- experience using JPA/Build desk software for U-value calculations
- using your own initiative and judgement to make decisions
- experience in reading and understanding architectural/construction drawings
- accuracy, ability to plan, organise and work to deadlines
