- develop roles and responsibilities within the IT team to support business objectives
- to support the continuing growth of the company, we are looking for an experienced IT Manager to join the IT Team
- provide training and coaching to the team to support their professional and personal development
- co-ordinate resource and support for Liberty Wines sites, ensuring the business is fully supported by the team
- interpret business objectives and communicate them clearly to the team
- analyse Service Desk activity through reporting and make recommendations for increased organisational efficiency and effectiveness
- manage the internal and end user related documentation ensuring it is all maintained and updated
Requirements
- 25 days holiday excluding public holidays, increasing after 2 years service
- personal bonus of up to 5% of salary, based on performance against key objectives
