Responsibility
- the Liberty Group is one of the leading welfare accommodation providers in the U.K
- with 16 national hire depots
- develop and implement the HR strategy across the group to meet the needs of the businesses
- the group also includes a hospitality company with a restaurant, pubs, bars and a brewery
- lead by example and deliver consistent advice and guidance to all team members
- support and develop line managers, identifying training needs and assisting with new processes and experiences as part of their progression
- assist department heads with employee related matters
- to be successful in this role, the HR Manager will have significant experience in a varied role and demonstrable leadership skills
Requirements
- CIPD qualified
- broad experience within a similar role is essential
- excellent understanding of employment law and best practices
- demonstrates attention to detail and accuracy
- good leadership and negotiation skills
- excellent communication and organisational skills
- strong IT skills
- HR: 3 years
