- with 16 national hire depots
- develop and implement the HR strategy across the group to meet the needs of the businesses
- the group also includes a hospitality company with a restaurant, pubs, bars and a brewery
- lead by example and deliver consistent advice and guidance to all team members
- support and develop line managers, identifying training needs and assisting with new processes and experiences as part of their progression
- assist department heads with employee related matters
- to be successful in this role, the HR Manager will have significant experience in a varied role and demonstrable leadership skills
