- to be considered for this role, you must have a full, driving license and your own vehicle. No experience within the industry is required as full ongoing training will be provided
- hours of work are Monday-Thursday 9.00am-5.30pm Friday 9.00am-4.30pm & Saturday's 10.00am-3.00pm on a rota basis. These working hours may flex during the year to accommodate busier/quieter periods

- liaising with tenants, landlords and any other clerical duties required
- carry out virtual and physical viewings
- management of own diary appointments
- regularly chasing and updating to meet and exceed targets
- strong organization skills
- maintain regular consistent and professional attendance, punctuality, personal appearance
