- manage a team of Site Managers
- work with Quantity Surveyors / Estimator to deliver new build on residential schemes Apartments, Distributions warehouses, offices, Student Accommodation etc
- assist if possible or have an active part in recruitment in this developing team
- within our expansion a new opportunity has been created for a Contracts Manager in the continued development of a new sector with our organisation
- 2 days based in office 3 days based out on site
