Responsibility

  • lead communications with existing clients
  • proactively identify and resolve issues before they escalate

  • work closely with our Head of Agency and Client Services Manager to onboard and execute new client strategies
  • ongoing dialogue with the senior management team
  • keeping your finger on the pulse with all things digital and thrive on new developments within the industry
  • develop a strong understanding of our products and service offering to readily tailor an optimal strategy to any scenario
  • attend key client meetings, offering strategic guidance and advise on opportunities to grow
