Responsibility
- lead communications with existing clients
- proactively identify and resolve issues before they escalate
- take an ongoing responsibility for the activity and growth of the clients assigned to you
- work closely with our Head of Agency and Client Services Manager to onboard and execute new client strategies
- ongoing dialogue with the senior management team
- keeping your finger on the pulse with all things digital and thrive on new developments within the industry
- develop a strong understanding of our products and service offering to readily tailor an optimal strategy to any scenario
- attend key client meetings, offering strategic guidance and advise on opportunities to grow
