- we are working with a well-known multidisciplinary consultancy with offices throughout the UK. They are currently recruiting for a Senior / Associate Landscape Architect in London to join their team and work on projects across a variety of sectors
- an Award-Winning Landscape Architecture and Environmental Multi-Disciplinary Consultancy are looking for a Senior Landscape Architect for their Scottich office with WFH and remote working options
- the ideal candidate will have experience managing a team across a wide range of projects, providing mentoring, guidance and project leader skills to run and manage projects, from inception to completion
- as a Senior Landscape Architect, the post will be to support their development promotion and infrastructure projects with landscape and visual impact assessments and other work primarily on a large variety of projects, developments and mixed-use masterplans

- 18 months experience in an architecture, landscape architecture or garden design practice

- A degree/post graduate qualification in Landscape Architecture
- A relevant degree / master’s degree in landscape architecture
- creative interest in green infrastructure and environmental design and management
- A Chartered Member of the Landscape Institute
- excellent written and spoken communications skills
- an excellent self-motivator
- good written skills
- good hard and soft landscape design skills and be able to understand and meet client needs and expectations
- A minimum of 7 years’ experience delivering a wide range of projects in the UK
- excellent time management
- A Chartered Member of the Landscape Institute with the equivalent of 10 years post
- CAD/GIS and graphic software ability desirable
- A high standard of design, drawn and CAD drafting, written and verbal communication skills
- excellent skills in landscape design, landscape appraisals, landscape planning, LVIAs, feasibility studies, and mitigation strategies
- enjoy working in a fast-moving, dynamic and professional atmosphere
- excellent design skills
- an understanding of procedures and guidance relating to the preparation of visualisations desirable
- the ability to assist junior members of the team
- excellent client liaison skills
- experience of working on multi-disciplinary design teams, particularly commercial/residential projects, is desirable
- excellent communication skills, verbal, written and presentation
- excellent communication skills and the ability to interact comfortably with people at all levels and within different disciplines
- proficient in AutoCAD, KeySCAPE, LandCADD
- an excellent project manager
- eligible to work in the UK and full driving licence essential
- proven specification writing capability using NBS software
- full UK driving licence and be willing to travel throughout the country to undertake site visits
- good plant knowledge
- strong report writing skills and attention to detail
- landscape and Visual Impact Assessment experience
- A full UK driving licence and own vehicle
- experience supporting/mentoring junior members of staff
- an understanding of BIM
- A full UK driving licence
- excellent CAD skills in Revit, ArchiCAD, Vectorworks or AutoCAD
- experience across all the RIBA workstages 0-7
