Requirements

- an experienced software leader & manager with a background in development, architecture or delivery
- A real appreciation for technology, you know what good looks like and how to get there
- A history of leading people, you bring energy, drive, passion and work to better the team around you
- whilst we see great value in bringing people in with specific skills, we also realise that sometimes your background may not perfectly overlap with what's listed below
- A strong communicator, you can cut through the noise and have real honest conversations to get results
- experience in CI/CD and the practicalities of delivering software through a pipeline into production quickly and safely
