Responsibility
ensuring all client work is carried out within the appropriate timescales through continual monitoring of case progression
problem-solving and resolving client and director demands
understanding the insolvency act and appreciating key commercial aspects of insolvency companies
providing regular progress reports to senior staff including preparation of six-monthly case reviews
being able to work on several different assignments at one time
drafting all routine case correspondence and dealing with creditor telephone enquiries
working as a team with the other managers, directors and staff to ensure the department as a whole meets its objectives and all client demands are exceeded
using analytical skills to assess financial and other information to assist clients in understanding their affairs and needs; and to identify opportunities to enhance value for stakeholders
Requirements
1 years’ experience in Insolvency and Restructuring is desirable
strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
