  • preparing and painting commercial vehicles including trucks and trailers
  • paint repair work in accordance with customer requirements
  • working to a high standard and in a professional manner within a fast-paced environment
  • working in accordance with all health and safety legislation

Responsibility

  • diagnosing faults and analysing where appropriate
  • preventative and routine maintenance
  • servicing
  • general repairs and fixing small issues
  • MOT preparation and presentation

sales support administrator

Responsibility

  • responding to customer enquiries and ensuring each customer has a positive experience
  • using applications for data entry and ensuring customer details are logged securely
  • being a friendly face for our customers and assisting with the handing over of sales
  • assisting other members of the team with various tasks as and when required
  • calling all potential leads and sending follow up messages to ensure we have provided all the information that the customer has asked for
