Responsibility

  • lead, motivate and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets
  • develop and implement sales strategies and plans to drive revenue growth
  • build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats
  • monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
  • collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and operations to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall business objectives
  • develop and implement sales policies, procedures, and systems to ensure that sales activities are aligned with overall business objectives
  • manage the sales reporting process to ensure that sales performance is accurately tracked and reported

Requirements

  • mandarin speaker and can do business travel between China and UK
  • proven track record of success as a Sales Administration Manager, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in consulting Industry or related field
