- the role will be based out of their Holywell office, but also allow a couple of days home working due to covid restrictions, but candidates must live within a reasonable commuting distance to the office
Responsibility
- support of multi-site technical environments including LAN, WAN, Cisco, Fortinet, Firewalls, Network Monitoring Tools
- support of multi-site technical environments including LAN, WAN, Microsoft, VMWare, Network Security and administer SANs
- take ownership of escalated issues as 2nd line support and resolving any queries within SLA
- take ownership of escalated issues as 3rd line support and resolving any queries within SLA
- provide root cause analysis and resolution of configuration and deployment issues
- resolution of configuration and deployment issues, ensuring management of core IT Infrastructure operations thru system monitoring and maintenance
- ensure that 3rd party applications run efficiently across all platforms, provide root cause analysis to any problems
- ensure that the network and all systems are operational and appropriate BCP/DR protocols are regularly tested
