Responsibility
- deliver asset P&L’s that target growth in relation to sustainable rents whilst incorporating relevant and compelling brand and guest propositions
- as part of the Group FP&A team, drive greater adoption of OneStream across the business
- work with the Operations team to support excellent guest experience execution
- build strong relationships with all key stakeholders and drive greater collaboration between them
- work with the Asset Management Director and Investment team to deliver data required for analysis of valuation and income performance
- working to ensure delivery of the group’s ESG objectives in the retail assets
- support Investor Relations with its external reporting requirements
- creation, execution and implementation of the strategic plan for each asset in line with its placemaking vision. Ensure the plan is delivered in line with the expectations of all stakeholders
Requirements
- essential criteria
- relevant degree qualification
- experienced property professional with expertise in capital or occupational markets
- prior experience working in the property sector and FP&A
- experience in asset/ investment activity
- experience using Finance planning and reporting systems, OneStream or a comparable tool
- highly numerate
- A good understanding of cash flow management and the issues / opportunities Finance teams can incur when forecasting
