Responsibility
- deliver asset P&L’s that target growth in relation to sustainable rents whilst incorporating relevant and compelling brand and guest propositions
- as part of the Group FP&A team, drive greater adoption of OneStream across the business
- work with the Operations team to support excellent guest experience execution

- work with the Asset Management Director and Investment team to deliver data required for analysis of valuation and income performance
- working to ensure delivery of the group’s ESG objectives in the retail assets
- support Investor Relations with its external reporting requirements
- creation, execution and implementation of the strategic plan for each asset in line with its placemaking vision. Ensure the plan is delivered in line with the expectations of all stakeholders
- as part of the Group FP&A team, ensure our key objectives are achieved on time and to a high standard, including the monthly performance reporting and forecasting, and annual budget and long range plan processes
- supporting the Investment team with the transaction process of sales and acquisitions for the assets
- create ad hoc analysis and reporting as required to support key business activities, including asset acquisitions and disposals
- collaborate with the relevant internal expertise to curate and deliver attractive, vibrant and distinct places that complement brand partners and attract footfall from target guest groups
- work with the Finance Systems Manager and external consultants where necessary to continually improve the way we use our planning and reporting finance tool, OneStream, including developing the cash flow forecasting capabilities
- take ownership of group cash flow planning, engaging with all relevant stakeholders to develop a robust monthly forecast process that captures all of the key drivers
- in depth involvement in projects such as master planning and repurposing of assets, ensuring that both commercial rigour and guest experience enhancement is applied to decision-making
- in cooperation with the Treasury team and the Head of Performance Management, enhance the cash flow reporting and KPI tracking within the monthly management information packs
Requirements

- relevant degree qualification
- experienced property professional with expertise in capital or occupational markets

- A good understanding of cash flow management and the issues / opportunities Finance teams can incur when forecasting

- excellent report writing skills
- technologically savvy
- successful track record operating in a commercial environment
- ability to digest changing market conditions
- qualified accountant, with 2+ years PQE
