Responsibility
- here at Lakeview Rest Homes we are looking to gain another member to join our team in the catering department
- we are Lakeview Care Homes Ltd, a family owned company based in Lytham St Anne’s, we have been providing the best in care since 1987
- our three care homes provide excellent care and support for older people; specialising in providing a person centred care which recognises the importance of independence, dignity and choice
- we are looking for caring individuals, who are punctual, well mannered and also takes pride in the kitchen. Keeping it clean and maintaining very high hygiene standards
- someone who can work individually and as part of a team, in what can sometimes be a pressured environment, cooking for up to 40 residents many with different needs
Requirements
- have experience in stock taking and food ordering
- food hygiene certificate
- previous experience working alone and be able to use own initiative
- checkable previous job history
- be able to attend a trail shift if you pass the interview stage
- flexibility with hours and shift patterns if needed to insure the residents requirements
- cooking: 2 years
