Responsibility
- arranging and leading monthly and or weekly team meetings
- manage health and safety audits as well as fire regulations within the office and showroom
- establishing and enforcing IT policies, procedures and systems
- administering new and existing HR related company policies
- maintain the condition of the office and arrange for necessary repairs
- liaising with shipping company and warehouse to book in container deliveries and obtaining correct paperwork from manufacturers for UK clearance
- keeping updated with retail industry trends and technologies related to eCommerce and recommend innovative solutions as and when necessary
