Responsibility

  • 1.Identify and prospect potential clients across the United Kingdom who can benefit from LBS's BPO services
  • 2.Initiate contact with potential customers through various channels
  • 3.Arrange and conduct meetings with prospective clients to understand their needs and present our service offerings
  • 4.Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of business opportunities
  • 5.Negotiate and close deals, ensuring a smooth transition to our onboarding and operations teams
  • 6.Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service
  • 7.Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of LBS

Requirements

  • 1.Proven experience in sales, preferably in BPO services or related industries
  • 2.Strong understanding of BPO services and the ability to communicate their value to potential clients
  • 3.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • 4.Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently
  • 5.B2B Sales Experience is a must
  • 5.Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
  • 6.Willingness to travel within the UK for client meetings if required
