Responsibility
- create bespoke and aesthetically pleasing floral designs from our range according to client specifications
- you will design bouquets for various occasions, including weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, and corporate events
- maintain all fresh flowers, foliage, and floral supplies
- arrangement reflects their unique vision
- provide exceptional customer service, including assisting clients in selecting the perfect bouquet for their needs
- keep work area clean and organised to ensure efficient workflow
- stay up-to-date on floral design trends and techniques
- conditioning of incoming deliveries
Requirements
- proficiency in floral design techniques, including bouquet construction, colour theory, and floral care
- excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients
- strong attention to detail and creative flair
- ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
- holiday cover will be required in addition to your standard hours and flexibility during peaks will be essential
- previous experience as a florist or floral designer essential – Please do not apply if you are not fully qualified or trained
