- ensuring that residents’ and relatives’ dietary requirements are catered for
- reporting any complaints to the Head Che ospitality Manager at the earliest convenience
- ensuring that all rules and regulations concerning serving food and beverages are strictly complied with
- creating a nurturing environment where our residents and their family members feel loved, happy, safe, and secure
- supporting the Hospitality Manager and Head Chef in creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere and consistently delivering an exceptional catering experience for our residents and their families
- ensuring that all alcohol is served responsibly and to adhere to the terms of the premises licence
- providing room service, restaurant, and bar service to our residents and guests in line with KYN’s exceptional standards including preparing meal trays, delivering refreshments, and removing trays following meals
- ensuring high standards of cleanliness and best practices are always maintained and that health and safety, compliance and procedures are adhered to
