- perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all information is up-to-date and organised
- assist with clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary to ensure smooth operations
- prepare reports and presentations using Intelligent Office and other relevant software
- organise meetings, including scheduling appointments and preparing meeting materials
- provide general administrative support to various departments as required
Education
- GCSE or equivalent
Requirements
- proficient in MS Office suite and other office software applications
- strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- experience with Xero is an advantage but not essential
- experience in working within a financial services environment, preferably at Wealth management/IFA level Is preferred
- experience using Intelligent Office back office system is a strong advantage
- experience using investment platforms such as Abrdn WRAP is preferred but not essential
- basic understanding of financial services products such as ISA’s and pensions is an advantage
- excellent data entry skills with a keen eye for detail
