Responsibility
- maintain accurate financial records using accounting software Xero
- process accounts payable and receivable transactions
- reconcile bank statements and ensure all financial transactions are properly recorded
- prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- assist with budget preparation and monitoring
- assist with payroll processing and related tax filings
- monitor company expenses and suggest cost-saving strategies
Requirements
- proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role
- proficiency in using Xero
- solid understanding of basic accounting principles
- strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- associate's degree in Accounting or related field is preferred
- accounting: 1 year
- bookkeeping: 1 year
