KOKORO TRADING is looking for employees for positions:
- establishing and maintaining supplier relationships to drive continuous range improvements
- resolve issues relating to the accuracy of deliveries, quality rejects, invoice queries, overdue orders and production shortages
- identifying new business opportunities to grow sales & profitability
- processing orders in the company MRP/ERP system
- planning a calendar of promotions and working with the sales team to manage stocks
- working with the sales manager and suppliers to ensure products meet our high-quality standards
- introducing new items from suppliers to the sales team
- monthly promotional sales and product forecasting
- buying and/or trading experience in retail and/or wholesale or any food business is preferred
- good negotiation skills and influencing skills
- strong numeracy and analytical ability to find trends and patterns from reports
- ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- procurement: 1 year
- purchasing: 1 year
- strategically manage warehouse in compliance with company’s policies and vision
- oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance operations
- setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization
- initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures
- adhere to all warehousing, handling and shipping legislation requirements
- maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security
- manage stock control and reconcile with data storage system
- identify opportunities for continuous improvement and added value whilst key service levels are not affected
- prefer 2 years of supervisory experience, in retail and/or wholesale or any food business is preferred, entry level considered
- inventory management experience a plus. Expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices
- warehouse Management: 2 years
