Requirements
- high school / Primary technical education required and associate level technical college degree or greater preferred
- 1 to 3 years’ experience in a break fix service environment preferred
- maintenance of a clear and safe driving record
- willing to work shifts as detailed and to cover additional shifts as required
- willing to travel within the UK if required and within Europe to attend product trainings or other activities
- reside within an hour travel distance of site based in Bristol
- reside within an hour travel distance of site based in Norwich
- completion of initial assessments for personality and technical competency
Responsibility
- role will be dispatched to needed customer sites in their assigned territory to perform highly skilled service and support activities as necessary for all equipment they have been trained and certified to support
- this role is expected to expeditiously engage with dispatch requirements and information provided by Remote Service teams to triage, diagnose and perform service on all assigned service cases or installations in an efficient and courteous manner
- proven ability to follow standard operating procedures and processes and adhere to them consistently and effectively
