Responsibility
- to act as a first point of contact for residents, visitors, contractors, and staff of the managing agent
- to carry out the cleaning of the common areas of the property, to include dusting, vacuuming, and polishing as necessary
- ensure external paths and basement areas are swept clean and free from rubbish, obstruction, or danger
- to water regularly any plants at front and rear of properties
- to report to the Head of Operations / Managing Agents any complaints and suggestions received from the residents / guests
- to remove and empty from each landing into the refuse bins provided, the tenants’ refuse bags Monday to Saturday a.m
- to become familiar with all appropriate fire drills, boiler, and other emergency procedures so that you can take the necessary action
- to assess any issues reported by guests and organise repairs / maintenance in a timely manner
