- purchase ledger responsibility for both Kingsmills Hotel and Ness Walk Hotel
- emailing Purchase Order numbers to HODs
- monitoring of Purchase order spend against budget/forecast
- emailing Purchase invoices to HODs for authorisation
- ensure Purchase orders match Invoices and query with HODs any differences
- inputting of purchase invoices to AutoEntry and/or SAGE
- checking Monthly Supplier Statements against Supplier Invoices and requesting missing Invoices asap
- dealing with any Supplier queries

- kingsmills is a privately owned hotel and believes in their team and is dedicated to looking after their associates
- you will be required to work Monday to Friday 08.30-17.00pm, Friday you will be able to finish earlier at 4pm. This will be on a short term 3 month rolling contract
