  • purchase ledger responsibility for both Kingsmills Hotel and Ness Walk Hotel
  • emailing Purchase Order numbers to HODs
  • monitoring of Purchase order spend against budget/forecast
  • emailing Purchase invoices to HODs for authorisation
  • ensure Purchase orders match Invoices and query with HODs any differences
  • inputting of purchase invoices to AutoEntry and/or SAGE
  • checking Monthly Supplier Statements against Supplier Invoices and requesting missing Invoices asap
  • dealing with any Supplier queries

  • we are currently seeking a experienced, passionate, talented Duty Manager to join our Experienced Team
  • 12noon until 11pm
  • you will work 11.5 hour shifts for four days then have three days off
  • alternatively if this is unsuitable then we have the option of traditional hours 5 days from 7 working 3pm-11pm
