Responsibility

  • attends work in correct uniform, at correct rostered time
  • reviews all bookings for catered activities, ie functions/meetings/weddings/societies etc
  • to undertake any further duties as requested by the management
  • works closely with Head Chef, running all aspects of the kitchen operation
  • complies with KHGC personnel policies and procedures and health and safety procedures
  • ensures that co-workers meet all standards for performance, appearance and service provision, determines assignments and division of responsibilities
  • works with other departments to ensure efficiencies of operations
