Responsibility

  • kings Estates are currently looking to employ an apprentice administrator / property manager to join our letting agent in Southampton
  • full training will be provided
  • promote and deliver a high standard of customer service
  • visit properties to carry out Inventories, Mid Term Inspections and Check Out Reports
  • booking of Inventories, Mid Terms and Check Outs
  • advising Landlords after visiting of any maintenance works required
  • liaising with Contractors and Landlords and Tenants for any maintenance work to be completed
  • booking and chasing of Gas Safety Certificates

Education

  • GCSE or equivalent
