manages the catering provision ensuring the food offered is of a good standard, the contractor and facilities around this department area
contract : Permanent
this includes the Fire Safety, electrical including PAT testing and Asbestos, this list is not exhaustive
anticipated start date: November 23
being the Health and Safety representative for Kings Oxford, managing and monitoring school Health and Safety, leading in the regular meetings and actions generated. Keep abreast of updates to legislation, communicating and implementing changes
managing the security and safety of the school campuses
providing advice to members on Health and Safety matters to the Senior Leadership team, managers and staff promoting a Health and Safety conscious school environment
manages and is ‘hands on’ with the maintenance and repairs of Kings Oxford, managing the Facilities Supervisor in the duties needed to provide a safe and presentable environment for our students and staff

Requirements

nebosh qualification or the equivalent of 3 plus years of Health and Safety experience
A ‘can do’ hands on attitude
facilities Management course or the equivalent of 3 years of experience
team spirited with the ability to work independently
first Aid trained
