- assist veterinary staff with administrative tasks as needed
- ensure the reception area is organised, clean, and welcoming at all times
- handle client concerns with empathy and professionalism, escalating issues to management when necessary
Requirements
- previous experience in a veterinary or animal care setting is highly desirable
- strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly demeanour
- proficiency in using computer systems for scheduling and record keeping; familiarity with veterinary software is an advantage
- A genuine love for animals and a commitment to providing high-quality customer service
