Responsibility
work with Nairobi PC as a liaison between hospitals and global operations / fundraising teams
coordinate remote dimensional and photographic surveys of potential partner hospitals
work with hospitals / local contractors to get quotes for renovations
organising, attending, presenting and participating in stakeholder meetings
compile reports on potential hospitals outlining existing conditions and working with Kids OR engineers and design team to present costed proposals for fundraising teams and operations team
kids Operating Room is seeking to hire a project coordinator who will assist our design team and fundraisers in scoping out new projects
this task involves organising and participating in stakeholder meetings, coordinating dimensional and photographic surveys, obtaining renovation quotations, monitoring project plans, schedules, budgets and ensuring that project details are gained, and project reports completed in a timely manner
