warehouse manager
Responsibility
- liaise with other Keylite departments e.g. Supply Chain, Aftersales and Internal Sales Support on warehouse and dispatch queries promptly and effectively
- plan, attend and partake in Daily Operations Meetings, CS Team Meetings, Department Leader Meetings, and Leadership Meetings and further on where necessary
- identify actual and prospective business opportunities and cost savings to the business and present findings/ ideas to your direct Manager. Also to identify any Performance or efficiency based improvements that can be made
- to undertake any other duties as requested commensurate with your skills and experience
- maintain, progress and improve our current documentation and ERP system to improve efficiencies and instil a continuous improvement culture alongside the Manager and SHEQ Co-ordinator
- we acknowledges the efforts and contribution of others
- ensure that the Warehouse, Workshop and surrounding areas hygiene standards are delivered on a daily basis in-line with internal audit procedure
- supporting Warehouse and workshop office administrative duties accurately and within a timely manner
